Helpful to look up medical articles. The National Institute of Health
supports this site which includes recent abstracts (summaries) from
scientific and medical journals, and some “epub” abstracts, released before
publication. Most of the information is written in technical language,
written for and by medical professionals.

This site has general medical information from the Mayo Clinic. The
information is easy to understand and includes write-ups on common pediatric
orthopedic problems.
